Career Services for Western Alumni
The Student Success Centre welcomes alumni to access the following services:
- All Web-based information on this website
- Career Events – including Career Fairs, Employer Information Sessions and Workshops
- Get in to WERC! - Western's Employment Resource Centre, a daily drop-in service for resume & cover letter help
- Employment and volunteer postings – through CareerCentral. Alumni can obtain access to CareerCentral, our online information management system, to search job opportunities and career events, by registering at: https://www.westerncareercentral.ca/alumni/alumniReg.htm
- One fifteen minute consultation with a Career Counsellor. To schedule an appointment, call our front desk at 519-661-3559
- Access to InterviewStream, our online mock interview tool. To create an account, begin here: http://uwo.interviewstream.com
- Access to The Big Guide to Living and Working Overseas. For access, email successcentre@uwo.ca
Please note that individual one hour counselling appointments, which includes mock interviews and career assessment interpretations, are available ONLY:
- for alumni – for up to 1 year following graduation
- on a limited basis for all alumni during the summer months (May –August)
