You may also contact various organizations directly and speak with their “Volunteer Coordinator” to learn about volunteer opportunities available. For example, both London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph’s Health Care London have “Volunteer Services” departments as do different long term care facilities, and other organizations. Often they are in need of volunteers, however haven’t yet advertised this.
